It started with my daughter's college dance team audition.

She began to struggle with an aerial, a standard gymnastic trick that she has been doing since elementary school. 🤸‍♀️

All the sudden, she wasn't able to do it anymore. (Something that she had done easily for a decade.)😲

Cue the massive tears, emotional meltdowns and panic!😬

As a mental health therapist turned coach, I knew she was struggling with performance anxiety. 🤔

And I knew that I needed to do something asap to help!

So I applied the neuroscience-based interventions of EMDR and Brainspotting, that help my mental health clients overcome PTSD and severe trauma, to my daughter's performance anxiety.🤓

AND it worked!! The aerial became easy again.😎
